Leader’s meeting notes August 5^th

Attendee’s:

Tim Cochran, Karen Barnes, Tim Fugate, Sissy Fugate, Charlotte Bochniak, Mike Bochniak, Kevin Davenport, Scott Andrews, David Niven, David Looper, Jody Looper

Pack Campout and Consumables Fee:

The pack will charge each family $25 to cover the cost of food and consumables for pack campouts (trash bags, silverware, plates, etc.)

Pack T-shirts:

Jody will order a sizing kit at a cost of $32

Cost for shirts is $9.99 each, selling price is $10

T-shirts will have flag design on front and 913 on back

Orders will be taken and money collected at September’s Pack Meeting

Den leaders should make sure that their parents view the website and bring checkbooks to pack meeting.

Round-up:

Mike will attend the MTC kickoff at the Jet Potter Center August 14^th

Pack’s round-up is August 21^st @ 7:00pm in the gym

All leaders are to come in uniform and along with any leader’s children

Mike will speak with Troop 1204 about helping out

Grimes Canoe Trip:

1^st Pack campout; August 24-26^th, canoeing on Saturday.

Sign-up: Leaders will contact den members and update website

All numbers need to be in by Monday August 13^th to receive $16 per canoe price

Anything after and the price is $21 payable at Grimes

Henry Horton Campout:

September 21-23, Tim C. will schedule for the Pack

Jody will call and check to see if there is a charge for camping

Themed events at park for the weekend: “Back in time”

Food to be discussed at September’s leaders meeting

Bring Frisbees

Leader’s would like to have a planned campfire for Saturday night

Den leaders need to plan a den meeting at the campout

Pack Meetings:

New emphasis on organized fun (less pack business , use website)

New sign in board

New “Ol’ Rowdy” wheel introduced

Door prizes will go more towards scout stuff

We will try to have as many in the gym as possible.

Den Meetings:

Wolves: 1^st and 4^th Tuesday’s of the month @ 7:00pm

Webelo’s I: 1^st and 4^th Tuesday’s of the month @ 6:30pm
