Due to the confinment of the camp site the Pack trailer will not be brought on this trip.
EAT FRIDAY NIGHT BEFORE ARRIVING AT CAMP. THERE IS A SONIC ON YOUR RIGHT IN LINDEN.
Saturday breakfast will be whatever your den leader has planned and arranged (including equiptment) for your Den. Bring your own drinks including a lot of water.
Remember to bring a suitable food for a lunch during the canoe trip. Make sure to pack it in water resitant packaging.
Money Due:
If you have confirmed with your den leader, you are responsible for all charges, even if you choose at the last minute not to attend! PLEASE REVIEW THE COST AND BRING EXACT CHANGE FRIDAY NIGHT.
Costs:
$18 per canoe (2 people)
$5 for third person in a canoe
$5 for tent rental
$2 for personnal tent

Directions to Grimes Canoe Base -
From Nashville take 1-40 West (towards Memphis).
Exit at Waverly/Linden - Highway 13 (Exit 143).
Turn left (South) on Highway 13.
Grimes Canoe Base is 30 miles from the Interstate on your left.
There is a wooden sign marking the entrance.
Mile Marker 4 on Highway 13.
